If you're encountering an error similar to the one shown below :
LiteDB.LiteException: File is not a valid LiteDB database format or contains a invalid password.
This may particularly occur if upgrading from 2.1 to 2.2 or 2.3
- Find the folder C:\ProgramData\Fungusware\Xackup
- Check you have a recent backup-xackup-jobs.json file.
- Shut down Xackup
- Rename the xackup-jobs.db to xackup-jobs.xxx
- Start Xackup
- If you have no errors, go to the File Menu and choose Restore Jobs Database
This should import the most recent Jobs backup.
